Starting his journey with TechnologyOne in 2011, Rob undertook a variety of roles within consulting that required strong leadership and teamwork to drive organizational success.

After gaining consulting experience in organisations such as Civica International and allaboutXpert Technologies, Rob rejoined TechnologyOne in 2018 and advanced through several senior positions, including Regional Consulting Director for Victoria and Tasmania, followed by leadership of the New Projects and SaaS+ teams. In these roles, he was instrumental in delivering complex digital transformation initiatives that aligned with client goals and strategic priorities.

In November 2024, Rob was appointed to Executive Vice President - Consulting, bringing extensive expertise in technology solutions and a proven track record of delivering significant business value. His leadership has been pivotal in enhancing efficiencies and refining TechnologyOne's project delivery methodologies.
