Customer Training Cancellation Policy
(a) Substitution - If you are unable to attend a training course, an alternative person may be substituted prior to the commencement of the training course at no additional cost.
(b) Cancellation by participant - If you are unable to attend a training course and a substitute is not available, the following cancellation charges will apply:
(i) Cancellation prior to the training course being confirmed as locked in – no charge
(ii) Cancellation within more than 10 Business days – 50% of course fee
(iii) Cancellation with less than 10 Business days notice – 100% of course fee
(c) No show - If you fail to turn up to a training course, 100% of the course fee will be charged
(d) Cancellation by TechnologyOne - TechnologyOne reserves the right to cancel any training course if insufficient attendees are registered. A minimum of 3 attendees is required for each training course unless the training course outline specifies an alternative minimum number of attendees. If a course is cancelled due to insufficient registrations, those who have registered will be notified and any fees paid by the attendee will be refunded in full or transferred to a training course to be held on an alternative day. TechnologyOne will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in relation to course cancellation.
